It is rumoured that Portsmouth have accepted an offer of £18.5million from Liverpool for Glen Johnson.

Rafael Benitez appears to have beaten off competition from Chelsea and Manchester United for the right-back.

Johnson is expected to undergo a medical at Melwood before the end of the week.
