Rafael Benitez could be facing a touchline ban following his comments about crap ref Phil Dowd.
The boss was highly critical of Dowd after his cowardly performance in the Spurs game but his comments saw him charged with improper conduct by the FA.Benitez could face a three game touchline ban but will hope to escape with a warning and a fine. He has until September 15th to respond to the charge.
